What do I get for €3.99?+
One image based on your idea, creative direction and revisions to that request. A single payment. A new, unrelated idea is a new order.
What if I don’t like the image?+
Tell us what should change on your order page. We don’t charge extra for revisions to the same idea. If we get stuck or the request is complex, support will help find a solution.
Can I upload a room floor plan?+
Yes. Add an image of your floor plan or sketch and photos of the current space. Describe the dimensions, what should stay and your preferred style. Furniture and material references help. You can also attach a PDF; a clear drawing and labeled dimensions help. The result is a visual concept, not a technical drawing.
Can I add documents and other files?+
Yes. Attach any file type, up to 10 files and 15 MB each. We read text, PDF, DOCX and XLSX documents and use images as references. If a format cannot be read, we ask for a readable version. Tell us what the image should preserve: steps, numbers, copy or relationships between concepts.
Can I specify exact dimensions and text?+
Yes. Add pixel dimensions, aspect ratio, colours and exact text in specific requirements. PNG, JPG and WebP export is available. For print, specify size and your printer’s requirements; AI images are not vector files, and small details and text may need refinement.
Are my materials public?+
We don’t publish your references or results in a public gallery. Our AI providers process them. Files are kept for up to 30 days and you can delete them earlier on your order page. Save your private link and download your result.
How long does it take?+
Creation usually takes a few minutes, depending on complexity and the queue. Follow progress and download the result from your private order page.
